I am grateful for the chiropractor for spending extra time working on my back and hip issues and discussing more pain management options. I am grateful for online grocery shopping-every week! I am grateful for the talks with my best friend and being able to listen and truly hearing her, even when I want to brush over hard truths. I am grateful for iced coffees, and for the rest of this sober weekend. I am grateful for Lil Man and Lucy everyday! I am grateful for my girls. I miss them terribly and so wish they were ready to be engaged in a relationship with me...I am still grateful for and respect them for holding up their convictions and yet I wish I had rasied them to have more compassion to forgive, although I know I was not their only familial model or teacher of life. I am grateful for today being sober and strong and not wavering in my journey.
