Meetings helped me especially in the beginning. It's the only time the chatter in my head that created the fear anxiety shut up. Today meetings still help, I go whether I need to or not...

Sticking with meetings this time around pretty much derailed that crazy train in my head!..It didn't really take long. A little more patience this time paid off big!
