Tonight I was going over my hospital visits which have not been a lot, but, when I was going over the night that I had my last drink 3 years ago and I had to go to the hospital for detoxing, I looked at the notes from that night and noticed I was diagnosed with “Adjustment Disorder”. I never even knew that was a thing until tonight. Has anyone ever heard of this before? I’m just wondering
