Know this, "it will always rain, before the rainbow."
I say this becuz we all go thru bad days, sober or not. N even wen things feel so out of control and sometimes even out of ur own power, hang in then, grab ahold of something that reminds u too keep pushing thru, find watever that reason is, becuz on the other side of whatever storm u may be dealing wit today, is something very beautiful. The strong ones survive the storm, n ur all stronger then u realize.
And know that ur not alone.
