I have mentioned the cost benefit analysis to a handful of folks in the past as it is really helped me prevent relapse. I downloaded the majority of the downloadable tools last night on the smart recovery website and figured I would share those with everyone systematically, little by little

The cost-benefit-analysis is a tool used initially in project management. Cost-benefit analysis is the process used to measure the benefits of a decision or taking action minus the costs associated with taking that action. Useful is all decision-making to visualize the risks and rewards associated with said undertaking. In this case, the u pertaining would be either sobriety or active addiction. I will post a live version applicable to self at a later time.

I am not a computer guy that hurts my head. Just thinking about it. 
. I hear ya. My dad's a computer genius so I grew up knowing computers before most people even though they existed however I much prefer to work with my hands would work electromechanical work you name it

I left a printed version on my dresser for the 1st 12-18mo after rehab. it made a difference. I relapsed a few times but would have been far worse otherwise
