Transitioned over to 3.1 program after completing a 28 day intensive inpatient program and I feel great I have 67 days clean and sober I’m very thankful for that. And it’s one day at a time I still remember how I felt the first day I walked through treat all me feelings and emotions.

I did a 30 day inpatient and when I left it was a culture shock to come home and deal with life sober. Use those tools keep those connections The first year was a lot of emotions for me, a rollercoaster. Keep going!!!!
