Will do. Nothing more peaceful than cruising country roads, small towns and enjoying the wind in my hair and the bugs in my teeth.

The lesson I am getting from buying something that I can not ride right now, is that I need to have patience. The bike has been stripped down, engine removed and disassembled. The head, jug..cylinders are at the machine shop. The parts are ordered and awaiting shipment to me. Carbs are tore down and tanked for cleaning and overhaul. Excited everyday to work on it and bring it back to its full glory. Sometimes in life we have to break it down and fix the core issues, before we can get moving down the road..literally. it doesn't look like it is a 29 year old bike, but it is. Has some issues, but with hard work and dedication, it will all come together in his time and not mine.

Awesome. I hope you enjoy fixing and riding your :motorcycle:

How are you doing dearest

Celebrate big homie. Looks like a blast. 600cc?

Yes, 1994 Kawasaki zx6. I am doing an upper end overhaul. Hone the liners, new piston rings and having the head and cylinder assembly checked for cracks and flatness. Other than that, I have tanked the carbs and am doing a complete overhaul of the carbs. Parts are a bit harder to find, so I am waiting on the head gasket, liner gasket and 4 sets of piston rings. Hopefully all parts arrive this coming week and I can get the engine assembled and reinstalled shortly after
