Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
This question is always hard for me i barley know what my plan is for the next week. Since recovery though i’ve been learning to make a routine for myself. Keeping structure in my life has helped in sobriety a lot. What’s something in your everyday routine helping you with your sober journey ? Yoga is definitely mine main thing that works.

Prayer, meditation, and daily gratitude are essential to me each morning. I've noticed on days I wake up late or something and forget to do it I'm miserable all day so I always try and make it a point to do it before I get out of bed each morning. As for the 5 years from now I hope to be a substance abuse counselor. I'm in school for it now and I know for a fact that's what I want to do with my life. I already have a job as a Mental Health Tech at the rehab I was once treated at but I want to become a Licensed therapist there and help struggling addicts in the beginning of their recovery journey

In the morning I wake up I pray :pray: give thanks to God for another day clean and sober. I read my devotionals like 8 books. Staying positive! Being Grateful for everything. Hit a meeting online at 7am Early Birds then I have meditation. Saying my grateful’s and staying focused on the hear and now. I read, I crochet , I love to cook. I’m at peace in my life. So many Blessings but know life happens on life’s terms. The good with the bad. And guess what it’s ok.!!! Hope this helps. Recovery ❤‍🩹 rocks..
