it's alternative for AA I found it threw my therapist and then went on google. Super cool

In-person or online? I work for a rehab program, I'm always trying to find new things for the students to try

Great to hear you are getting plugged into a program. There’s a lot more to recovery than just not drinking. I’d put all of these programs are good for your mental wellness.
