I also did the same thing! I was on lexapro and switched to Prozac which does make me feel good but I’ve still been struggling myself. You got this, and that one huge step!
It's the try that counts
Not sure what your drug of choice is but for my alcoholism and opioid addiction I get a monthly shot called vivitrol it helps calm the cravings , keep up the good work!
