Trying to figure out this app… it’s 4:20 am .. can’t sleep. The guilt is a burden. How many times do I have to try? I have to quit for both physical and mental health. Drinking is the worst burden to my otherwise good life!

Sally, you simply need to decide to live fully…this is a decision followed by conscious action every day all day…participate in your living experience with humility and grace….start your days gently thinking of your higher power first!!!!! Gently now Sally….you will be amazing!!!!! Keith Kayle

Sally, you're struggling to commit, like Keith says. I was there for years. I had life under control; drinking was just a thing I did. There were some issues, but no real need to quit. I'm fine

I wasn't. Drinking had me, not the Other way round. It made my life unmanageable. I had to fully commit to not drinking anymore. If I drink one, I'll eventually end up waking up I don't know where. I cannot drink in moderation.

Drinking is making you miserable. You need to go all in on quitting. That'll let you stop drinking. Then you need to figure out what your masking with drink. Then you'll have a foundation from which to be sober forever.

If I can do it, you can too.
