What a gift that she loves you so much to be devastated by you poisoning yourself with alcohol. I think sometimes we dont realize how lucky we are until it's too late. Hopefully, you pull your boot straps up and become willing to try something. The good news is that we can do that, scared. We dont have to be certain, just willing. The Phoenix has some non faith based recovery meetings. Not sure where you're locate, but there are some virtual as well.

Ask for her assistance in staying sober, like keeping triggers away and having an enjoyable time. Tell her to go easy on you because you truly want to be better.
