You ain't never lie. I had an employee who used to bring a polar pop that was half tequila. Had to fire a few for smoking pot in the dumpster enclosure...on camera. Had one fired for shooting up in the loo.
Lmfaoo it always goes that way. I had to let my executive chef know he couldn’t pour himself 4 fingers of high end scotch before a shift as if that wasn’t common knowledge lol
Reminds me of some of my instructors at culinary school. Had one nurse a bottle of wine from a local vineyard during a plated dinner practicum. All of em drank.
Tell em about it. I've been in food for almost 30 years and it is the hardest to stay clean in. But is very possible as long you you remind yourself that today is a day that I will own and not allow it to own me. Keep the faith and keep reaching out.
