Trying to quit Alcohol again..yesterday was a good day and my first sober day today is almost over and still Sober. I was sober for 11and 3/4 years. Mainly cause i went to AA But started drinking again probably about 3 yrs now and eating marajuana gummy’s.
Trying to quit both now. Seems like i am ok for 3 or 4 days then i get bored or just had enough some days so start using and drinking again.
My wife’s parents both of them passed in the last 2 months so pretty tough..need help and a sponsor if anyone can help
