Today has been tough emotionally, I can’t seem to find many things to be grateful for but here I go…
- Waking up another day clean and sober.
- Eating three meals.
- My therapist.
- My friends who check up on me.
- Knowing exactly what I want and what I don’t want.
- Hot showers.
- Being able to process my thoughts and feeling in a healthy way.
