I think that it would be a very good thing. If I were to leave this app, delete it from my phone and never return because it would not be very wise to stick around in a community where it’s supposed to be like-minded people, but they basically sit there and laugh at each other‘s trials and tribulations.
I’m sorry you haven’t felt supported, don’t worry what others say or think, we all are in recovery yes, but each of us work our recovery differently, and have very many different views and ways, and opinions on everything. Just do what works for you, believe in what you believe. Don’t worry what others may say or think.
I hope you stay! There have been a few posts the last few days that bought out the worst in some people. However, there’s so much support and great info on here as well.
That’s why it’s recommended to stick to sharing our own experience strength and hope in recovery. I’m sure I see the same post, I feel sorry for them. Recovery should not be opinionated, angry or controlling nor personal rants without solutions. My sponcor always says “if your miserable sober your not doing it right”. There is also people with great solid recovery on here, pitch out what is obviously not recovery drivin and possibly choose to adopt the suggestions that may enhance your sobriety.
I have been seeing some negative comments recently and it has irritated me. It is fine to have differences of opinion but people should state them respectfully. This should be a place for support.
Thank you brittney for showing empathy

Agreed, not one person story is the same. All of our scars are different. All of our triggers are different.
This app can be extremely cruel. I've been getting harassment because I spoke about leaving AA, and it's very upsetting to see
