Two milestones for me One day! 90 days since I have put a mind altering substance ( other than my non narcotic BPD meds ) in my body …. That’s the longest I can remember since I was 13! I also completed my treatment all the way to the end and graduated PHP today! I’m still not sure exactly where I want to go from here, or how I feel about the sobriety thing as a whole but, I know I will completing my bachelor’s ( BSW ) with a clear head while I’m figuring it out.
