Two years ago

Two years ago my typical spring Saturday consisted of a beer run in the morning. Be lazy around the condo while drinking all day. Then a beer run at night. Fast forward to today and it’s up early. Morning meditation. Hit the gym. Work in the yard at the new house. And relax in the evening. My point is this. For anyone struggling, keep after it. Every day sober makes a difference. Even if you don’t see it at the time.
