Uggggh today definitely has just been one of them days.
Just overwhelmed, over stimulated.
Snapping on people and my kids.
And honestly idk if it's because of my procedure tomorrow, plus working, and trying to get the house clean and dinner cooked and kids bathed..
But today definitely was a day where life showed up and lifed the out of me, as I'm sure it does every one else.
I definitely had to slow down and breathe.
One day at a time, only for today guys
