Ugh! Can’t seem to get grounded! Today I will surround myself with healthy people, exhaust myself with work and try to get back on track.

Hazel, it will absolutely get better! For me, my grounding correlates directly to my frequency of meditation. Breathe work every morning and night really helps.
Are you doing the 3 point breath meditation?
It’s easy.
5-10 minutes.
- Get some place quiet, close your eyes and breathe in slowly and count to 10.
- Hold your breath for 10 seconds.
- Exhale for 10 seconds. Do this every morning before you get busy and repeat as many times as needed.
