Understanding that I have a disease of addiction and if I don’t feed my recovery, my needs of addiction and overwhelming thought may lead me too relapse. I’m also grateful for second chances the good old cliché I have a only a 24 hour reprieve my family, my children, my grandchildren, clean water a roof over my head Food a career, helping another alcoholic, or addict on a daily basis being of service, those are a lot more than five, but those are the ones off the top of my head.
