That's really easy to do. Hey Sierra can you run down the store and get me a six pack? All you have to do is just say no.

You just say no. No explanations needed to say after you say no. If they want to explanation you can tell because say that I don't want to. No need to hit your family over it. Just a waste of energy to hate your family so so much.
