9 days off methadone. So happy to not have that ball and chain around my ankle anymore. Couldn’t have done it with out Alumbaugh house!
Im grateful the methadone clinic saved my life but i was working on getting off the past three years.. I shouldn’t have had to go to detox treatment to get off. Either way, grateful! Spent a week in detox. Home now. Still not 100 but it’s getting better everyday!

Congrats! Reminds me how I felt in the beginning. 8 days in detox. I was a mess! Congrats on another amazing step in your journey and thank you for helping me to have a memory the helps tonot “shut the door” on my past.
