Update: it was a false alarm. We’re not on the
same page. I'm truly focused
on my recovery and making
sure I go by all the rules of my
house. He came over which
means men stay in the living
room and NO SÈX! Meanwhile,
he just wanted to have sêx
and I didn't want to. He might be
clean for 3 years but I'm only
clean from a relapse 85 days
today and my focus isn't
solely on sêx and SURELY not
focused on breaking rules of
the house. Sooo lol it
SOUNDED nice but I'll pass on
this one guys (g thanks for
the advice
Great thinking and decision making. You leaped over this hurdle, young lady, and better for it. Keep leaping! Happy new year!
Well I’m not glad it didn’t work out but I’m glad you realized it wouldn’t work out. Sobriety takes alot of work at first and then you’ll get a regimen to your program that keeps you grounded in sobriety. You can do this. I have faith in you!
Yea Alexa for sticking with it and knowing what your priorities are!!
There’s a good reason for those house rules. I lived in a half way house for most of my first year of sobriety (back in 1989). You are making a wise choice to live in one until you feel more comfortable. Btw, any guy who is rubbing on your feet has intentions of a lot more rubbing
Caramba .. Sober or not some dudes are f**k boys. Ugh. Don’t let that hold you back though! Stay strong that the best next love if you with yourself.
And that’s how I got into a two and half relationship with my late BF.. feet rubbing is a trap!

Lol yeaaa he can stay where he at. I don’t want no parts of it
I love Oxford House!! I’m apart of the chapter. I don’t want to lose my house of sanity to a loser who could make my life chaotic. I’m good off that
I'm sorry that happened- but I am glad you found this out now vs. later.
Right. Me too
Stand your ground.this is for you!!!! .good job. Sobriety works.
