My manger talked to my coworker who was being beyond rude. We are also having a store meeting tomorrow morning to go over all the basic rules and details of sales. Also, I worked with said mean girl and she did apologize to me- it was meaningful like it wasn’t just a stupid sorry, you could definitely tell she meant it. I think she obviously realized that she was in the wrong and acted / behaved way out of line AND that it’s super awkward to have to work with me. Who wants to be on edge around another person because you were an arsehole.
Long story short, we did have a lot of fun together tonight and all was smooth. We are both young and growing. I don’t hold grudges lol i didn’t even have one in the first place but it is nice that she apologized and said it won’t happen again.
P.s she’s the blonde taking the pic haha so we good we cool 
(P.P.S I purposely helped her with sales and even if she didn’t help I would be like oh yeah you can have that sale ((cos they are buying a lot and it will make her numbers look good)) just to be very apparent that I DONT STEAL SALES BRUHH!!) lmaooo

I've never worked retail or service industry, but I have dealt with being paid by commission where you compete against others. It really does put a strain on the cohesiveness of the coworkers. You really do have to work at being "friends" with competition and even help the weakest link to keep everything kosher in my experience 🤷. I do not envy that situation. So here comes the meeting to tell you you're all a team with one common goal of store sales ......while giving financial incentive for individual/personal sales 
...gotta love management. Unfortunately, you will have to deal with management or Administrative and their sometimes ridiculous rules/ orders no matter what field you're in. C' est la vie.

FOR REAL !!!! you understand. The funny thing is we don’t even get commission like the only “commission” we get is if the whole store meets its main $$ goal in the month and we have contests to get free stuff if we meet a certain goal. So it’s literally hilarious to get upset cos we rlly are in this together!!!! The meeting today was exactly what you said lmaooo management hyping us up to sell as a team and going over when you can tell it’s your sale but overall at the end of the day we gotta stick together and have each others backs
