I’m ready to get clean but my work environment is a trigger . Because I’m used to using (popping) before I work

If you are ready to get clean… nothing can come before sobriety. It is a lifestyle change, and that can mean changing jobs, relationships, or family. Get involved with a program. NA/AA something… get into therapy. It definitely isn’t an easy route but it is so worth it. Good luck to you. I hope you find the peace you are looking for.

Head into work ready to tackle a task. It will get you ahead and you'll be so focused on progressing your goal that you'll forget about that silly compulsion.

Maybe try and find a new job. We have to be WILLING to go to ANY lengths necessary to stay sober
