Using dreams

For about the past few weeks I've been having horrible using dreams waking up in the worst mood. It takes me a cpl hours to get grounded and realize it's just a dream and doesn't mean much. My therapist says that the dreams are a way of making me aware of what can or is going to happen. I just want them to stop! I always feel like I ruined my clean time.

But you didn’t, and that’s the best thing about it. It just takes time for your brain to heal. Stay strong.
