Every night for the last couple of days, I've been waking up thinking that I have relapsed. It's scary not only because I want to stay sober but because if I don't I will be facing jail time bc I'm on probation. I know these are normal bc I asked other people in sobering b4 if they had them. My counselor said to be careful what I watch on TV before I go to sleep. Any other ideas would be helpful...
Those “did I relapse?” dreams hit way too hard lol I wake up double-checking like, “Wait, did I really?”
Your counselor’s right, avoiding intense shows before bed helps. I switched to calming stuff like cooking or animal videos. You’re not alone. just your brain rewiring. Keep going, you’ve got this!
