Visiting my mom today. One of those twice a year things that must be done. She had a half gallon of whisky on the counter and was drinking all day. Noticed the drinks got clearer and clearer as the night went on. Now I’m finally back at my hotel and just sort of thinking about everything. Grateful for my time and clear head because I wanted to drink but I stepped back and played the tape through. Talked to my sponsor as well. Thankful to have support and tools
