So naturally when you detox from alcohol and other substances you feel your emotions more. I was on the verge of antidepressants because not wanting to leave my house or do anything. Zero motivation. I made a post earlier about poor me. Well I got some drs test back and am extremely low in my vitamin D. Normal range is 26-60 I was 8.6 having such a low # explains my lack of motivation, depression,anxiety. So if you are feeling the winter blues it could be as easy as a supplement. My next drs app isn't until the 25th but I'm going to take a vitamin d supplement and I'll keep you posted if it seems to help!

This is super common, also during winter time or if youre an emo kid/vampire/basement dweller who doesn't get enough time in the sunshine.
