Screw these vivid d@mn @$$ nightmares man. This one wasn't about my drinking, it was about my rig. (Where I'm from we call our vehicles rigs) OMGOSH! Fk these things. There's more to the subject. I'm just OVER them! I'll probably journal about it later

For years I didn't dream at all. After getting sober, the dreams are constant and can be hard to deal with at times. You should absolutely journal about all of it! That helps me a lot.

I found out a couple weeks ago in one of my recovery classes that the vivid nightmares, are a part of recovery. DUDE! I had NO clue. I think Ima study more into this. Ask my instructor tomorrow if I see her tomorrow if she has any worksheets or paper about it. He11, I'll see if I can find some online I just need to print it. Thanks for the words sir. It's true... the more sober I get, the more dreams I'm having... every night... wow, so this is a real thing... Thanks guys for the heads up... yes, my dreams are so vivid... going to do some journaling... very interesting
