Hello Group, my wake up routine is definitely The Tone Setter for my day.
I’m up early, like 4:00 am.
First I just Pray, then I put in Jonathan Ogden on Spotify, next is warm water, 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Drink that to some Awesome Jonathan Ogden jams (Psalms 91 Rocks:fire:) Make some Coffee then read a Whole Chapter in Proverbs matching the day of the month and then a whole chapter in the New Testament. After that get some Gym time in
