I used to be up all night and look out the window at 6am and watch as people would be starting their days driving to work or even a jogger following their healthy morning routine.. wishing so bad i could be like them.
Now i am 

I get to open my eyes in the morning knowing i slept a full healthy 8 hours and didnt use the whole night. I love the morning routine i created for myself. (I dont jog, not yet anyways) but i do yoga now 
It feels so good and its quite liberating knowing im one of those people i used to watch out my window
