Waking up from a dream/nightmare

That it's only a dream/nightmare and waking up in sheer panic to realize that it was only that.... A nightmare.

Who else can relate?

I woke up from one about an hour ago. I was in sheer panic. I've calmed down since. However it scared the :poop: out of me. I'm coming up on 36 years next week. One would figure by now I'd be grounded and deeply rooted in sobriety. WTH!! Am I scared that I'll PHUQ it up by Wednesday the 25th. That's an understatement. Call it future tripping, call it what you want these concerns are real. I know the drill .. stay in the moment, one day/second at a time.
