Hello Myra and welcome to the funny farm, just hop aboard the happy bus. Lol just some humor and you are too young to remember that line.
Sober is a very real and good thing. I'm sober 14 months this go round. I suggest reading Alcohol Explained by William Porter, it's easy to read and understand what alcoholic does to keep you addicted. Check out Gillian Tietz's podcast, website and YouTube video called Sober Powered. She's a recovering alcoholic and talks first hand Alcohol and what it does. Sober is doable and you can do this. Yes me too. Saturdays Sundays and Mondays and….oof. with no hangover is one of the things that keeps me going. It’s an awesome feeling.
