Luis ... I can totally understand and relate. We can do this. Just make it through the next 30 minutes and then the next 30 minutes and so on.
I'll follow up with you throughout the day
Check your Dm's.

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. Just take it one moment at a time, and remember, it’s okay to feel what you’re feeling. You’re strong for pushing through and getting to work, even on a tough day. If you need to vent or just need someone to listen, I’m here.

Doing better. Had a super busy day at work kept my mind occupied. The sadness still there. I lost a lot cause of my alcoholism. Miss my family a lot.

I have days like that a lot. Keep in contact with other people in the program hit a meeting or two if you can we can’t control anything except for ourselves so other than that, let go and let God.

One day at a time. Sometimes I find myself getting through the day 1 hour at time. Whatever it takes.

I go to meetings 5-6 times a week. I am a chef so right now I am super busy at work. Long hours. I still make the time for meetings this week. Just emotions and feelings are overwhelming at this time. With holidays going on.
