Walking off anger

Never knew how much walking can diffuse my anger. It’s important time for reflection and deep slow breathung. I isolated and stayed inside so fkn long in addiction and it feels good to have self care strategies now.

Right! I feel the same! I have felt so alone and I’ve been in complete isolation cause of it! I am so new, but life will be beautiful if I can stay with it and I am trying my hardest one day at a time! :yellow_heart:
