Hello Miranda..
Great advice Luis. Keep praying Miranda. You are definitely doing the right thing by reaching out. There are strength in numbers so try and make a meeting like ASAP and raise your hand.
The first thing you should get all booze out of the house. That’s a start. Ask family and friends for support.Wake up every morning and look at the mirror and tell yourself I’m done
Thanks
I got rid of what I like to drink but then I found a bottle I’m assuming my ex tried to hide from me I was able to convince myself I was tried nd needed to go to bed I do want to start the gym for sure summers coming nd I’m trying to be outside lol

Hello Paul
Thank you Johnathan this time around has been way harder than the last time I tried sobriety
Affirmation is a key for me too
Thank you everyone for the support I was able to ignore it thoughts
Dump it and go for a walk. Meditate, call a helpful friend. Your brain is looking for entertainment. Entertain it.
Hang in there. I hope reaching out helped. All good advice here. You got this!
I never thought of it as entertainment before thank you for that
Yes it did nd thank you for the support
Read the bible
Stop relying on god. If he or she was going to do something, they would've done it.
Get to AA meetings, specifically women's meetings. They will take care of you. They will give you phone numbers and they will answer you when you txt or call, nothing mysterious. Sitting on the couch praying has gotten you where you are.
If you want to live, come to AA and get in where you fit in
