Want to stop drinking

I really want to stop. I keep giving into cravings and my body is starting to feel the toll of alcohol.

I was like that. For years. I hop on the occasional website and try to do research. I attempted AA meetings on various occasions. It was actually at one of those meetings when they showed their book that led to my sobriety. When I got home I figured what the heck I'll hop on Amazon see if I can get it a little bit cheaper. I forget what I typed in but I think it was along the lines of quick alcohol. The AA book came up but there was another book with higher reviews and a lot more sold copies. It was called this naked mind control alcohol. I ordered it and a few days later it arrived. I think it was by the 3rd or 4th chapter I knew I was done drinking. It had a very unique perspective, one that I have not heard before.
Not saying that it would work for you, but the book is hella cheap and in my opinion totally worth a fair shot. I think I've been sober for over 3 years now? I don't even know cuz I really don't pay attention.
Hopefully this is helpful for you

Thank you for sharing! I remember how horrible it was and I’m grateful to be sober🙏
I had to get real serious about my sobriety. I never want to feel hungover and powerless.
