Please don't. I feel a similar seduction to giving into the chaos. It feels freeing, but take the time to consider the inevitable fallout after that giving in. The chaos is just too costly to your life. It took a long time to get perspective on that; chaos is entropy , disorder, dissolution, cold darkness, death even
Life is light , warmth, order, creation, etc. Embrace life...don't go back to the abyss of chaos.

Hang in there. It gets better, then worse, then better, then worse, then better.
Mental and emotional growth lives within that sound wave of life. All positive growth stops when you return to that lifestyle. Lean on strong women who understand what you are experiencing.
This is the trudging the book refers to.
