Samantha, I’m with you! Numb is good, but true inner peace is much greater and sustainable.
I drank & drugged to get numb and high. But it was short lived and became too hard to maintain. I got sober to get free for good!
Whats going on with you?, if you don’t mind me asking.

I am so sorry to hear about your friend. Try to do something this evening to celebrate who they were and do something they would have loved. I know it’s hard but they wouldn’t want you feeling lost. Hugs
