You can be strong and be there for yourself when you have no one but we are all here as well. Let your thoughts spill here. Trust me, you will feel a lot better than reaching for something that you know is actively hurting you. You can be strong :muscle:

@emily476160 getting sober in is an inside job. Granted having people on your side, as support, is always good :+1:. However having people on your side is NOT going to keep you let alone get you sober. The only one who can get you sober is you :muscle:.
