Was 14 days sober and found a baggie when I was packing for a move. Did some, flushed the rest. Gosh darn it

Sorry to hear that, at least you are being honest about it and reaching out on some level. I’d say the next few hours and or day or two is going to be critical so I would continue the trend to be honest and upfront versus hiding and chasing more

Thank you for being honest. And good job flushing the rest! Make today day 1 and start stacking them again. You never have to use again! We got you, reach out anytime

It was definitely a lapse in judgment but feel great today and ready to start anew!

Thank you! It means a lot!

At least you don’t have the same of years, I’d take the opportunity to really focus on the moment that this all went down so you have a ton of energy to support you next time you find a sack. What were you thinking? what were you doing? What baggage were you carrying? What mood were you in? Why did you forget this was important to you all of the sudden? What can you do in the moment next time? Why didn’t you call someone?

Thank you for this. I’m going to journal and answer all of these questions for myself to take a true step back and ponder the reasons as to why this happened.

Sorry to see that you did some, but let's celebrate that you did flush some too. That was a big step. You decided not to use at some point and got rid of the bag. That took strength. Way to go.

Thanks man! That’s the way I’ve been trying to look at it too! My program is allowing me to stay the course and I’m just beyond grateful for that.

Hey man. I’ve been there, a few times actually! Don’t let this define you and your recovery. It’s not a failure. I know it sucks, but just start fresh and get back on track. You got this man.

Yeah bro, why not. Easy outside guy ideas here, but cool way to seize an opportunity that wasn’t ideal ya know.
