Was 30 days sober and Relapsed.
I am new on here and was see what this app about and meet people that are sober like me being on the same journey as me.

Same here. Only support I have is family but they also drink so that not support I need

Yes, I know that feeling. Also, I’m a closet drunk so the closest people to me don’t know I have such a problem.

All my family thought it was because I am in my 20s and enjoy going out but I can go months without drinking but when I do go and get drunk I black out

I'm out of the closet. I'm not proud but that's me. Always remember this is not mine but I say it often. Once an alcoholic always an alcoholic. "1 drink is too many 1000 is never enough" it appears you tried along with myself and countless others ot will never work. Paste it to you mirror if you have to.

A relapse does not define who you are, it's just a set back. We all experienced it. You just start over. You can message me if you want to talk

Hi Rabecca,

I just relapsed after 3 years and 4 months. It happens to everyone.

Please take the time to understand why and don’t beat yourself up. Reach out to this group and use it as a sounding board.

So a relapse happened ? It did it's like Gilbert Godfrey (pardon spelling) "in one hand I have sobriety and in the other hand what are we talking about? (Add in) relapse I don't need no stinking relapse lol humor health and love to ya!
