Was diagnosed with ADHD about a month ago. Been reluctant to take anything for it. My dr knows my history with addiction and wants me to try Adderall. Been off putting it on try it.
Want to know some of your guys thoughts on this
There is a lot of non-medical behavior treatment that helps some, but if it's bad enough you may need a bit of medical help. Do some research into practical was to manage it
