As you should. You deserve peace. For such a long time it seemed every area of my life was a constant state of chaos. I had no boundaries and as a horrible people pleaser things were just a mess. I had to make some big changes and that scared me too. I’m so glad I made those changes and put myself first for a change.

Absolutely perfect!!! What a beautiful view!!! And sometimes the quick and convenient coffee is the right coffee!!! But then again I sometimes worry about my coffee obsession. So many to try and so little time!!! Lol

I tried a dark roast with hints of chocolate this morning. It was wonderful! 7/11 coffee has a place in my life as well. Balance.

Balance indeed! I’m equally drawn to a chocolaty dark roast or a lighter roast with a touch of vanilla. Soooo many good coffees out there!!! But I do catch some heat from my buddies that like to claim I don’t drink coffee black like a man!! Lol!!

Enjoy!! Quiet time in Nature especially in the early morning is something I enjoy also,feeling so grateful to be Clean and Sober and just appreciating life on life's terms!!
