Yes but my husband won’t let me go he can’t waste his gas he says

What I’m being taught on my fourth step is to write down the names of people, places and things that I’m angry at.
That’s the first column. Just the names.
For example, I wrote down Walmart as a place that I’m angry at.
We just need to be honest with ourselves and write down all the names of whom we are angry at.
Don’t worry about why we are angry just yet. Just the names.
