Wealth in Health

As I get closer to being a year sober, I’ve been very mindful of the things I eat and drink. With health complications it’s admittedly, somewhat stressful having to monitor EVERY little thing put into my body, but every now and then I enjoy having a cheat day where I’ll grab a donut and coffee or maybe fast food, as long as I bodybuild after and stay hydrated. While being on a restricted diet is difficult, it feels a LOT better knowing I’m not poisoning myself with alcohol.
