Any weekend binge drinkers out there that had to deal with withdrawals or side effects when you quit?
Binge drinkers or daily drinkers will deal with withdrawals. You need to speak with a doctor if you're concerned. It's in your best interest. Unless someone is a doctor we can't give you medical advice; that's unsafe.
If anyone is like me and has experience to share, please do. I'm not asking for medical advice just others like me. I haven't had any withdrawal. If you were a weekend drinker and you quit did you have any? Thanks all!
I was mostly a weekend heavy drinker. When I quit I got night sweats... not right away like a couple days after and some anxiety. All manageable.
