Weekend cravings?
Hi everyone. This is my first post. I'm working on improving my relationship with alcohol and total and complete sobriety is totally on the table, but I'm having trouble with the prospect of giving it up entirely.
I've noticed that I stay busy enough with work and have improved my mental health to the point that I'm generally able to fight off cravings or not have any during the week, but weekends have been incredibly tough. Just wondering if anyone else out there has dealt with that and, if so, if anyone would be willing to share.
